Jeff Rifleman received his Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Community Studies from the University of Utah and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law (San Antonio). He manages Rifleman Law and Mediation, a successful private law practice representing clients in a variety of legal matters, and has appeared before administrative, city, state and federal courts. Previously, he was the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of a top Inc. ranked cosmetic manufacturing company where he advised the board and C-Suite on a broad range of matters, including coporate governance, compliance, regulatory, intellectual propery, commercial transactions, contracts, privacy, employment and litigation issues. He is a Master Mediator and Mentor on the Utah Court Roster, an active member of Utah Council on Conflict Resolution (UCCR), AFCC Utah Chapter, and an arbitrator for class action settlements.

Will’s expertise focuses exclusively on wrongful death / accidental death, catastrophic Injury and serious injury cases involving car Accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle, pedestrian and motorcycle accidents. Will has been a licensed attorney in Utah for over 20 years. In addition to winning millions for his clients over the last 20 years of his career, Will has been a Martial Artist since the 80s and has earned two Karate Black Belts, one in Seoul, South Korea - Korean Tae Kwon-Do and one in Japanese Shotokan Karate. Today, William Andrews still trains in Karate usually 6 days a week, often 2 times a day, morning and evening.

Stephanie Jensen has her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis on Human Resource Management, is a SHRM-CP, and received her Juris Doctorate from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Stephanie is a licensed attorney in Utah, SHRM-CP certified, and a court rostered mediator in Arizona and Utah and is also court rostered in Utah for Domestic Mediations. She has a passion to help others through their legal matters, whether through strategic negotiations, mediation, or litigation.

Gavin began his education at Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. His major included emphasis in chemistry as well as Molecular, Micro and Evolutionary Biology. With his scientific knowledge, Gavin worked in chemical formulations and Research and Development for several years. Thereafter, Gavin continued his education and attended Law School in Arizona where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence and practiced law successfully as a trial attorney in the State of Utah. Gavin Collier has co-founded a number of Utah businesses and is active in Utah business and legal associations. He has represented clients in civil and criminal law proceedings throughout Utah. His background includes work experience in Life Sciences, R&D Formulations, Operations, Business and accociated Legal Matters. He regularly consults with organizations regarding Regulatory & Compliance, Civil Litigation, Corporate Governance, Contract Negotiation & Drafting, Strategic Planning & Organizational Structuring, M&A Deal Structuring & Diligence, EBITDA and General Finance, Operations, Quality Systems and Corporate Legal issues.
