Bradley A. Kennedy

Bradley A. Kennedy graduated from UW-Superior in 1973 with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and History. He earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1975 and his Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1978. He was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 1978. Attorney Kennedy is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the Marathon County Bar Association. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice.

Jerome P. Tlusty

Jerome P. Tlusty received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University Law School in 1969. He was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 1969. He is a past president and current member of the Marathon County Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Wisconsin Association for Justice. He served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers from 1989 to 2005. In 2014, he was granted Emeritus status by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin - Board of Bar Examiners, and has over 40 years of experience.

Jessica J. Tlusty

Jessica J. Tlusty graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1994 and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1997. She was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 1997. She is a member of the Marathon County Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Wisconsin Association for Justice, and has served on the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulations Ethics Committee and the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors.

Zachary P. Glascock

Zachary P. Glascock graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2011 with his Juris Doctor Degree. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2011, and to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the Forest County Potawatomi Tribal Court in 2012. He is a past president and current member of the Marathon County Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and a member of the Marathon County Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, and Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is a trained Divorce Mediator and practices primarily in Family and Criminal Law.
