Susan M. Ulrich
Susan M. Ulrich joined Jacoby and Jacoby in 2018 as a litigation attorney in the personal injury department. Prior to working at Jacoby and Jacoby, Susan gained significant litigation experience as an associate in a mid-sized law firm where she worked for over ten years managing a broad spectrum of cases including premises liability, automobile accidents and property damage. She was also a member of the firm’s appellate team where she handled numerous appeals from both motions and trials in both the First and Second Judicial Departments of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division. Susan obtained her Juris Doctor from St. John’s School of Law, where she was an Articles and Notes Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. During law school, she interned in the Nassau County Family Court and participated in the St. John’s Elder Law Clinic.

Keith D. DeBenedicits
Keith attended Hofstra Univeristy and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2014 with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Following Hofstra, Keith began interning at Jacoby and Jacoby in 2017 while simultaneously attending Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York. Keith went on to obtain his Juris Doctor in 2018 and he was sworn into the New York State Bar Association in 2019. In his six years at Jacoby and Jacoby Keith has been able to navigate his way from a young legal intern to a profound attorney whom has helped hundreds in regards to their financial situation through his extensive knowledge of Bankruptcy Law.
