After graduating from Pace Law School in 1990, he opened his practice that same year.

Elise L. DeEsso

Elise graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 2016. After deciding to follow in her father's footsteps, Elise attended Frank's alma mater, Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, formerly known as Pace Law School, where she has maintained status on the Dean's List and was an associate member of the prestigious Pace Law Review. In 2019, she graduated, cum laude, with her Juris Doctorate. Elise joined her father's side in the law office after having passed the New York Bar Exam in 2020 and has already completed a multitude of successful transactions and closings.

Nancy Slevin

Nancy Slevin has been Frank's paralegal for twenty years and counting and started working for Frank when she was only eighteen years old. Since then, Nancy has developed into a highly experienced real estate professional with an extensive knowledge of the many facets of the real estate industry. Nancy graduated from Mercy College with a Bachelor's degree in legal studies. She also completed a rigorous ABA approved paralegal certification program.
