Kevin Fox has been litigating personal injury, construction site injury and medical malpractice cases for over 25 years. He holds the record for the highest verdict ever obtained for an individual client in the State of New York: $212 Million Dollars. The verdict was obtained on behalf of a baby injured at birth through the malpractice of several doctors and nurses. Mr. Fox has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients and has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for those injured through the wrongful conduct of others. He prepares every case as if it will eventually go to trial. In this way recoveries are maximized for his clients. Kevin Fox is an innovator in the use of courtroom technology and incorporates modern, scientific, approaches to his courtroom presentations. Daniel Fox was an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office from 2013 to 2019. He served in the District Court Bureau and the East End Bureau gaining extensive trial experience prosecuting thousands of serious criminal and vehicular offenses. Dan was also in the Enhanced Prosecution Bureau and was responsible for investigating Suffolk County gangs and the prosecution of serious felony offenses including narcotics and violent crimes. Dan worked in the District Attorney’s Case Advisory Bureau where he was responsible for the investigation and assessment of felony crimes and provided legal advice to state and local law enforcement agencies throughout Suffolk County. He has presented numerous cases to the grand jury and prepared search warrants and subpoenas to collect evidence used to convict dangerous criminals in our communities. Dan’s final post in the District Attorneys office was the Gang Unit of the Enhanced Prosecution Bureau where he was responsible for the prosecution and investigation of criminal offenses involving narcotics, firearms and confirmed street gang members.
