Evan Goldberg is a respected and successful personal injury trial attorney in New York and past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He has represented thousands of accident victims and achieved numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries. He lectures to other attorneys, has authored numerous legal publications, and has given his legal commentary on network television and radio. He handles many complicated accident cases including car accidents, slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, defective machinery, landlord liability, lead paint poisoning, assault and wrongful death. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the State University in Albany, New York and received his Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School. Vince F. Sykes, Esq. is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, a trial attorney and principal owner of Sykes & Associates, a boutique law firm specializing in Personal Injury, Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination. Prior to launching his law practice, Vince spent the first fifteen years of his career as a Data Communications Engineer in Silicon Valley, where he held leadership positions in product development and marketing, at Bay Networks, Cisco Systems, and Alcatel-Lucent. Vince is active in both the legal and technology fields. He is a member of the New York State and City Bar Associations, and the Federal Bar Association. Vince holds a J.D. cum laude from Pace University School of Law, an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook. He is admitted to practice in New York, the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
