Craig Post has been practicing as a personal injury litigator since 1985, having gained substantial experience in New York City law firms before moving up to Rockland County to better serve the greater metropolitan area. Mr. Post fights for victims of personal injury throughout New York and New Jersey. His 30+ years' experience includes basic slip-and-fall and motor vehicle cases to complex highway design, construction site accidents, and wrongful death matters. In addition, Mr. Post represents numerous medical practices in New York Motor Vehicle no-fault matters. These practices include chiropractic, ambulatory surgical and radiological in both New York and New Jersey.

Louis Dauerer
Louis M. Dauerer began working for the Firm in 1990 while still in Law School. His astute legal acumen and diligent work ethic made him a natural fit to remain with the Firm and dedicate his legal career to the advancement of the rights of injured workers. Lou is a lifelong Hudson Valley resident who graduated from Arlington High School. He holds degrees from Dutchess Community College (A.A.), State University of New York Binghamton (B.A.) and St. Johns University School of Law (J.D.). Lou is active in several organizations dedicated to assisting injured workers. He sits on the Board of Directors of the New York injured Workers Bar Association (as Past President) and is a founding member and one of the Directors of the New York Workers Compensation Alliance, a political action committee dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers. Lou also serves on the Board of the non-profit Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire Memorial, which raises scholarship funds for the children of permanently injured and deceased workers. Lou enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews, participating in sports car club activities and shooting sports events. He is also an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

Scott Goldstein
Scott Goldstein joined Ouimette, Goldstein, & Andrews in 1995 and has served as managing partner since his father's retirement in 2005. Scott was raised in Orange County and graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School. He graduated from The State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Business Administration and a JD from New York Law School. Since joining the Law Firm in 1995, Scott has developed extensive experience in handling Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Railroad Retirement claims. Scott is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Rockland County Community Jewish Center. In his free time Scott enjoys tennis, golf and basketball.

Jaime Adames
Jaime Adames joined the Firm in 2010. After spending his early childhood in the South Bronx, Jaime moved to Rockland County and graduated from Suffern High School. He holds degrees from State University of New York at Albany (B.A.) and Michigan State University (Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, J.D.). Jaime returned to the Hudson Valley area with his law degree and has dedicated his professional career to helping injured workers receive justice through the provisions of the NYS Workers' Compensation Law. Jaime is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sports, movies, music, dogs and time with his family.

John Lindholm
John Lindholm has been with OGA since 1988 after five years of litigation practice. A long time resident of the Hudson Valley, John graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of Albany and received his J.D. from Albany Law School. John handles both Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases on behalf of the clients of the Firm. He possesses a wide breadth of experience in those fields which allows him to assist clients achieve their goals.

Edie Adams
Edie Adams joined the Firm in 1994 after practicing in the field of Workers' Compensation Law in the Albany area. She has over 29 years of Worker's Compensation experience. She was born and raised in the Cooperstown area and graduated from Cooperstown High School. She graduated from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY with a Bachelor of Arts degrees and subsequently attended and graduate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains. Edie's extensive experience in practice has been focused on Workers' Compensation Law and all its nuances. When not working, Edie enjoys scuba diving.

Jacqueline Heubach
Jackie has been with the firm since 2019. Admitted to practice in 1987, she specialized in Workers' Compensation from the outset and has over 35 years of experience in that field. Her past representation on behalf of insurance carriers allows her to maximize benefits for injured workers, as she can anticipate the carrier's defenses to claims. In 2007, Jackie added Social Security Disability to her practice and has over 15 years of experience handling Social Security Disability and SSI claims. She is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, graduating from Valley Central High School in Montgomery and Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, where she obtained a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in history/political science and psychology. In addition, she attended Albany Law School of Union University, earning her JD degree in 1986. Jackie has been an avid participant in her community, volunteering as an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years and being active in her church. In addition, she enjoys participating with her family in Civil War living history events when not working or volunteering.
