Susan E. Snell

Susan Snell was born and raised in Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University in 1982 and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1985. She was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and United States District Court for the District of Oregon in 1985, and to the Washington State Bar in 2021. Susan has practiced law in Tualatin, Oregon since 1988. She is primarily a transactional attorney, representing clients in estate planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, business practice, real estate, and adoptions.

Thomas J. Elliott

Thomas Elliott is a native Oregonian who earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University in 1981 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Willamette University in 1984. Admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1984, he has practiced law in Tualatin since then. He served as President of the Washington County Bar Association from 1994-1995. Thomas primarily represents clients in litigation, focusing on family law, criminal law, real estate, collections, and business litigation.
