Gary Lee Heavner

Gary Lee Heavner graduated from Pace Law School in 1994. He dedicated 26 years to a career as a prosecutor in Rockland, Orange, and Bronx County District Attorney's Offices, where he held positions such as Executive Assistant District Attorney and Bureau Chief. He also worked for the New York State Office of the Inspector General. Gary possesses extensive experience in criminal law, real estate, labor, unemployment, estates, wills, and worker's compensation.

Daniel G. Castricone

Daniel G. Castricone is the founding partner of Castricone & Heavner Law. He graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to practice in New York. A former insurance industry executive, he opened his solo practice in Tuxedo & Monroe, NY. He is deeply involved in the community, having founded the Tuxedo Little League, served as a member of the Tuxedo Chamber of Commerce, President of the Tuxedo Lodge of the Order of the Sons of Italy, Eagle Scout Coordinator for the Tuxedo Boy Scout Troop, and a proud supporter of the Parent Teacher Organization, Ambulance Corps, and the Tuxedo Fire Department.
