Christopher D. Grace
Christopher D. Grace received his Juris Doctor from the University of St. John’s School of Law and two Bachelors of Arts Degrees from Binghamton University in 1996. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, then Senior Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, and later joined the Broome County District Attorney’s office. In 2020, he was elected Town Justice in the Town of Union. With over 10 years of prosecuting experience, Mr. Grace also defends criminal and family matters, including child custody, support, abuse and neglect, and civil defense. His areas of concentration include criminal law, personal injury, matrimonial, real estate, and family law.

David E. Butler
David E. Butler received his B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1989 and his Juris Doctor Degree in 1995 from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. With over 25 years of courtroom experience in State and Federal Court, Mr. Butler focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation. He has successfully handled high-profile criminal cases, including state murder cases and a federal capital murder case. He also handles complex litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice matters, having recovered millions for clients, including a significant medical malpractice settlement in Broome County. He is a past recipient of the New State Pro Bono Award.

Matthew C. Butler
Matthew C. Butler is a founding partner. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his J.D. from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School. With 23 years of experience, his practice focuses on civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense. He is admitted to the State Bars of New York and Pennsylvania, and to practice in the Federal Bar in the Northern District of New York and Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Broome County Bar Association’s Board of Directors, and as attorney for the Town of Vestal Zoning Board of Appeals for over 17 years. He is currently a Judge for the Town of Vestal Court. He is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Michael J. Mucci II
Michael J. Mucci II, a native of Binghamton, New York, has been practicing criminal and family law for over 19 years. He received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and his Bachelors of Arts in 1989 from Binghamton University. He is admitted to practice in the Third Department of the State of New York, the State of Arizona, and the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. His areas of concentration include real estate, criminal law, and family and domestic relations law. He is a member of the Broome County Bar Association and the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association. He previously worked as a Senior Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, an Assistant Public Defender in Broome County, and a senior associate attorney for Legal Aid for Broome and Chenango Counties.

Managed the firm's New York and New Jersey offices, became the third partner in 1979, and authored several books on law. Passed away in 2010.
