About Alexis
Alexis is an attorney exclusively practicing family law. Alexis earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During law school, Alexis worked at a family law firm in the Twin Cities. Alexis joins Heimerl & Lammers after serving as a judicial law clerk for Referee Jason T. Hutchison in Hennepin County Family Court. Alexis understands that every family is unique and is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex situations skillfully and with compassion. Alexis grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a certificate in educational policy studies. During her time at UW-Madison, Alexis was involved in the Legal Studies Association and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and worked on several research projects with professors in the sociology department and the Wisconsin Center for Educational Research. In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her fiancé, taking yoga and group fitness classes, reading books with her book club, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
