Alix R. Rubin concentrates her practice in employment law, helping clients resolve disputes cost-effectively. She counsels businesses on best employment practices, litigates disputes, and negotiates employment and severance agreements. Ms. Rubin has published on various employment law topics and is active in organizations such as Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, where she was named 2003 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. She began her legal career as a general litigator, later focusing almost exclusively on employment law, and has worked at major New Jersey firms and a small New York firm.
