John E. Clark, 67, of Montclair, NJ, one of the original founding members of Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023. A graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers’ School of Law, John used his strong work ethic, personal charm, and professionalism to fashion a law career that spanned nearly three decades. Prior to practicing law, John was involved in various businesses, including managing a specialty contracting firm in New York. He established Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law in November 2010. Mr. Clark concentrated his practice in construction law and litigation, business law, and business litigation and dispute resolution. He was admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Prior to founding the Firm, John was a Member of Epstein Becker & Green and Vice President & Chief Counsel of New Jersey Schools Development Authority. He was a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
