About Andrew

Andy grew up in St. Cloud, MN, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He first moved to Iowa while attending the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Iowa Law Review. Following law school, he accepted a position with Laird and has happily called north Iowa “home” ever since. Andy serves on the firm’s Management Committee as well as on the 43 North Iowa Board of Directors and the District 2A Nominating Commission. He has previously served on the boards of Central Gardens of North Iowa and the Mason City Chamber of Commerce. Andy is also a member of the Cerro Gordo County, District 2A, and Iowa State Bar Associations. Away from his professional commitments, he enjoys family time with his wife, Tasha, and their children, as well as exploring local breweries, supporting the Minnesota Vikings, and taking snowboarding trips out West. Andy’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
