About Andrew

Andrew is a trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses primarily in civil litigation. His civil practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, general liability claims, workmanship issues and employment litigation. His employment work has involved matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Andrew also represents select individuals and juveniles accused of both felonies and misdemeanors through various counties in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Lynch & Lynch, Andrew served as an Assistant District Attorney as well as the Chief of the Civil Rights Unit, overseeing civil rights issues involving police and the prosecution of hate crimes. During his time as an ADA, Andrew also prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanors and felonies including OUI, domestic assault and battery, drug, theft, and weapons related offenses. For his work as an ADA, Andrew was awarded the Timothy Spillane Outstanding District Court Prosecutor Award. Andrew has argued motions in the district and superior courts, presented to the Grand Jury, and successfully tried cases to both juries and judges. While at Lynch & Lynch, Andrew has been retained as a Special Assistant District Attorney on select criminal cases in the Commonwealth.
