Andrew J. Higgins, a Madonna graduate, is a 2018 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Management Information Systems and a 2021 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Andrew joined the firm in 2021 and is licensed to practice in the State of West Virginia. He focuses a majority of his practice on a variety of probate and estate matters and estate planning cases where he assists clients in protecting their assets from long term care costs. Andrew resides in Weirton where he spends his free time coaching basketball and golfing.
