S. David Wilharm

About S.

S. David Wilharm is a 1999 graduate of Brooke High. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance from West Virginia University in 2003. Mr. Wilharm obtained his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2008 and is licensed and practices in the states of West Virginia and Ohio with a primary focus on oil and gas law and estate planning. In his spare time, Mr. Wilharm is active in the youth sports communities in Weirton, having served as the Secretary and President of the Weirton Baseball Association as well as having coached various baseball and basketball teams through the years. Mr. Wilharm resides in Weirton with his wife, Melanie, and three children: Grant, Reed, and Juliana.
