About Ryan

Ryan C. Rokisky, a Madonna graduate, is a 2011 graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a 2013 graduate of the Ohio Northern Claude W. Pettit School of Law, joining the firm of Rokisky and Associates in 2013. He later became a Partner in Rokisky, Wilharm, Blair & Rokisky in 2016, now Rokisky, McCune, Wilharm & Blair. Mr. Rokisky focuses a majority of his practice on nursing home crisis planning. He works closely with families and the Department of Health and Human Resources to establish Medicaid eligibility for loved ones who are in need of care in a nursing facility. Mr. Rokisky also handles complex estate planning cases wherein clients seek to utilize available strategies to protect assets from the costs of long term care. His experience makes him invaluable to families who suddenly find themselves in a crisis situation and need to quickly know how to proceed. Ryan and his wife Nicole reside in Weirton and have two sons, Beau and Brooks.
