About Andrew

Andrew Capitelli is an accomplished transactions, compliance and business attorney and an experienced litigator. He concentrates his business practice in Health Care and serves as counsel to several hospitals and physician practice groups. As a versatile litigator, he is active in governmental liability defense and matters involving Health Care. He serves as Milling Benson’s Managing Partner. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana, all federal district courts throughout the state, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Andrew Capitelli graduated cum laude in 2008 from The L.S.U. Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he was selected for the Chancellor’s List and received the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing and for Corporate and White Collar Criminal Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Capitelli received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University, where he majored in English Literature. At Louisiana State University, he was inducted into the Foreaux Society and was selected as a University Medalist.
