Anna-Katherine has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of litigation. She is committed to addressing her clients' needs with a strategic, problem-solving approach in order to provide them with high-caliber advocacy. She advises clients on substantive areas of law, as well as best practices for reducing exposure to litigation and assessing risk. Anna-Katherine has been representing healthcare providers in professional negligence matters most of her career. While her practice has primarily focused on medical liability matters, her practice also includes general litigation, personal injury, product liability, workers' compensation and insurance defense. Anna-Katherine has handled case in both state and federal courts through all stages of the litigation process, including arbitrations, hearings, mediation, jury trials, bench trials and injunctive relief hearings.
