Anthony P. Guettler is the managing partner of the firm and a Florida Bar board-certified attorney in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Mr. Guettler represents high-net-worth individuals in estate and tax planning, helping them achieve their family wealth transfer goals. He also works with personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration, providing guidance to fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate disputes. He served as chair of the Florida Bar Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee, and has published and lectured estate planning and tax matters. Anthony maintains an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, and is a Florida Super Lawyer. Mr. Guettler is grateful for the opportunity to live in Vero Beach with his family. He serves on Indian River Community Foundation’s Board of Directors and is an active member of other local charities.
