About Anthony
With 20 years of experience as a trial attorney, Anthony S. Porcello is the general practitioner of the firm with a background in all types of civil litigation. He has successfully litigated cases in numerous areas of law including automobile negligence, premises liability, victims of violent crimes, professional negligence and other personal injury matters, as well as contracts, business litigation, consumer rights, real estate law, estates and trusts. His civil trial practice includes all phases of litigation including investigation, preparation, pleading, discovery, deposition, motion practice, trial to both bench and jury, award, and collection. Anthony is also a certified conciliator and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation and arbitration. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his J.D. degree from New England School of Law where he received an award for academic excellence in Massachusetts Practice. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
