About Arthur

Arthur S. Hardy began his legal career as a Law Clerk to Judge Wm. Terrell Hodges. Returning to Sarasota in 1989, he became a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, professional malpractice, employment litigation, and estate litigation. He also served as General Counsel to the School Board of Sarasota County for 22 years. He is a past president of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court.
