About Theodore

Theodore C. Eastmoore is a shareholder and a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1976 and received his law degree from Stetson University in 1980, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He served as a Law Clerk to Justice Ben F. Overton of the Florida Supreme Court. He concentrates his practice in accident and personal injury law, wrongful death, and professional malpractice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has held numerous leadership positions in local and state bar associations, including President of the Sarasota Country Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
