Ben has an extensive background representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters and related litigation, appearing before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. He has substantial experience with federal and state statutes governing employer-employee relationships, from drafting handbooks to managing complex lawsuits. His legal work includes a full-spectrum business transactional practice, advising on corporate agreements, asset purchase/sale, reorganization, dissolution, and liquidations. Ben also has an active commercial litigation practice and considerable experience advising retailer clients on alcoholic beverage licensing and regulation in Arkansas.
