Thomas E. Robertson began his practice with the firm in 1969. His practice areas include bankruptcy law (for both creditors and debtors), commercial and business law, real estate and probate law, and civil litigation. He held the position as the longest-serving trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Arkansas since 1979, administering numerous complex cases. He successfully prosecuted a declaratory action on behalf of a carrier through the federal appellate level. Tom has served as President of the Sebastian County Bar Association and on the boards of numerous civic and community organizations.
