About Benjamin

Ben Cass graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BS in applied psychology and an MS in secondary school counseling. He attended Hamline University Law School from 2002 to 2006, serving as student director for the Innocence Clinic and competing in Moot Court. He joined Smith, Tollefson & Rahrick after graduation. He is a member of the Minnesota and United States District Court bars and practices criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. He is involved in community activities like the Crisis Resource Center and United Way of Steele County.
