Mark Rahrick graduated summa cum laude from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a BS in physics and cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994. He worked as a reliability engineer before joining Smith & Tollefson. He is a member of the Minnesota and United States District Court bars and practices civil litigation, family law, criminal law, and estate planning. He is involved in community activities like Big Brothers/Big Sisters and SCOPE.
