Brian Groesser

About Brian

Brian Groesser has handled workers’ compensation cases exclusively since 2008 in North Carolina. He previously represented employers and insurance companies, and now dedicates his practice to injured workers. Brian places strong emphasis on client relationships and provides efficient and effective representation, with successful results at all levels of the Industrial Commission and at the Court of Appeals. He conducts yearly presentations for his colleagues on workers’ compensation law. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and is named to North Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his three children, is a member of Fuquay-Varina United Methodist Church, and enjoys playing golf, visiting the beach, and cheering on his Michigan Wolverines. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and North Carolina Central University School of Law.
