Stan Harris joins Speaks Law Firm as a Lead Trial Attorney, bringing with him over 40 years of Plaintiffs’ personal injury experience. Stan earned his bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Georgia. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. His academic journey laid a strong foundation for his distinguished legal career. Licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and North Carolina, Stan has primarily served the Charlotte/Mecklenburg County area throughout his career. His journey into personal injury law began during a legal clerkship with a personal injury firm in Knoxville, TN. This formative experience ignited his passion for helping those injured or killed through the negligence of others. Since then, Stan has devoted his practice to securing just and fair compensation for his clients. His relentless advocacy and compassionate approach have made him a trusted ally for individuals seeking justice in challenging times. Outside of the courtroom, Stan is an avid reader who enjoys keeping up with his favorite college sports teams. He also cherishes spending time with his two-year-old grandson, embracing every opportunity for family visits.
