Charles A. Deluca has litigated cases for individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers since 1977, focusing on major tort litigation, products liability, insurance coverage, transportation, professional liability, and business litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2005 and named Stamford’s “Lawyer of the Year” multiple times. He is also recognized in Connecticut Super Lawyers® and has held the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV for 30 years.
