Kevin M. Tepas primarily litigates professional negligence lawsuits and related administrative hearings, focusing on defending medical care providers in personal injury, wrongful death cases, and administrative hearings before the State Board of Medical Examiners. His diverse practice includes legal and accounting malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, unfair trade practice matters, and premises liability. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed in Connecticut Super Lawyers® since 2007.
