Charles H. Clark, Jr. (Clay) is a senior partner in the firm and is actively engaged in the practice of workers’ compensation defense litigation, employment law, intentional torts arising out of workers’ compensation claim handling, industrial accident litigation, retaliatory discharge, sexual harassment, ADA litigation, discrimination, motor carrier litigation, and general liability litigation. Clay represents a wide range of local and national clients and is consistently “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell surveys.
