About Christopher

Mr. Regan focuses primarily on first-party insurance claims under commercial and homeowners’ policies, extracontractual claims, including insurance bad faith, and insurance coverage analyses. His experience includes legal subjects in a variety of insurance sectors, including duty-to-defend/indemnify liability claims, first-party property damage, first-party medical benefits and Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) litigation, insurance fraud investigation, and uninsured and underinsured motorist coverages. He also devotes a portion of his practice to general casualty and commercial litigation. During his free time, Mr. Regan prepares many of the firm’s continuing education and continuing legal education courses provided to the insurance sector and the legal community at large, and he himself has presented continuing legal education courses on civil procedure. Before joining McCormick & Priore, P.C., Mr. Regan served as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mellon of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where he served in the civil and juvenile court divisions. Mr. Regan works in both the Philadelphia and Plymouth Meeting offices.
