About Cindy

Cindy Ho is Of Counsel at Jaurigue Law Group. Prior to joining the Jaurigue Law Group, Cindy was an associate attorney for over 8 years at the Law Offices of Robert Goldstein, a boutique law firm in San Francisco which specialized in taxation and bankruptcy. Prior to this position, Cindy worked as an attorney at a medium-sized plaintiffs’ firm specializing in asbestos litigation. Cindy has significant experience in advising and advocating for individual, small business and corporate clients on numerous tax issues before federal and state taxing agencies. Cindy has also represented clients before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court and various California courts in the past 7 years where she has successfully negotiated tax settlements. Cindy received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in Business Economics. Cindy earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2003. During law school, she was recognized as the top student in Corporate Taxation and received the CALI Award for Excellence. Cindy finished in the top 25% of her graduating law school class. While in law school, she interned with the Attorney General’s Office in Oakland, California. She also interned with the Investor Justice Clinic at USF, an in-house clinic that offers legal representation to investors with potential claims against brokers and/or brokerage houses. Cindy is a former officer of the San Francisco Area Women Tax Lawyers organization.
