Mr. Shahabi is the Senior Managing Attorney - Employment at JLG Lawyers and has spent his entire legal career of over 25 years as an employment law attorney. Mr. Shahabi’s practice is primarily dedicated to the representation of employees in workplace disputes, and he represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment actions, as well as individual and class wage and hour matters. Prior to joining JLG Lawyers, Mr. Shahabi represented employers for many years and was a principal at one of the largest law firms in the United States dedicated to the practice of employment and workplace law on behalf of management. He has represented employers in a broad array of industries and of varying sizes, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses, and has regularly counseled employers on personnel and wage and hour compliance matters. Mr. Shahabi received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and was selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters for 2019-2020, and 2022-2025. Mr. Shahabi has lived in Southern California almost his entire life and currently resides with his wife and two sons in Orange County. He is an avid sports fan, and has served as a volunteer umpire at his local Little League District for several years.
