About Craig

Craig S. Mielke is an Of Counsel attorney at Foote Chavez Law, bringing extensive experience in municipal law, workers’ compensation, personal injury, eminent domain, law enforcement organized labor, and complex litigation. He earned his law degree from the University of Illinois in 1980 and was admitted to the Illinois State and U.S. District Court Bars in the same year. He has handled thousands of workers’ compensation cases and dozens of jury trials. He serves as chairman of the Kane County Bar Association’s Civil Practice Committee and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
