About Elizabeth

Elizabeth O’Conor is an attorney at Kalfus & Nachman PC with a unique background as a former EMS and nurse. Her early desire to help people led her to these roles, and her curious mind drew her to law. She leverages her medical knowledge to empower injured clients, especially in complex medical malpractice cases, passionately fighting for their compensation and justice. Elizabeth grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and worked as an EMS at 16. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing Science from The Catholic University of America - School of Nursing. She then completed her J.D. at George Mason Law (Scalia School of Law). A new resident of the Norfolk-Newport News region, she is looking to volunteer with local fire stations. In her downtime, she enjoys sci-fi, video games, and swimming at the beach.
