About Hunter
Born and raised in Indiana, Hunter attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During her tenure at Maurer, Hunter participated in the Viola J. Taliaferro Family and Children Mediation clinic, serving as a registered domestic relations mediator for low-income families. After graduating in 2019, Hunter was admitted to the Minnesota state bar that same year. Hunter then began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for a Sherburne County District Court Judge before transitioning back to private practice. Hunter has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law since 2021. She has been praised by clients for her strong listening skills and advocacy. Her relaxed demeanor provides for easy communication, and her strategic approach to case-planning means that her clients always know what to expect next. Hunter has a strong, well-rounded practice in all areas of family law, and is committed to making sure to keep her clients’ short and long-term goals her central focus. When not practicing law, Hunter spends her leisure time with her partner, son, and their many pets. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, live music, and binge-watching television series, and is always open to recommendations.
