About I.

Founder of the firm, I. Oscar Spevack was born in Brooklyn, New York as the first generation son of Jewish immigrants from Ukraine. He moved to Perth Amboy, New Jersey where he met his wife of over sixty years and founded the Spevack Law Firm. He Graduated from the University of Newark (today Rutgers Law School in Newark) in 1928. He practiced law from that date until his passing in 1991. He dedicated his life to serving the community of Middlesex County. Throughout his lifetime he conducted hundreds of civil jury trials and managed a thriving Real Estate and Family Law practice. The attorneys at Spevack Law Firm owe a debt of gratitude to I. Oscar Spevack for starting a tradition of excellence in the practice of law. Although I. Oscar Spevack is no longer with us, their spirit and work ethic related to the legal system continues to influence the values we practice at our firm today.
