Robert Heck has been a lawyer since 1990 and has tried numerous cases in both the civil and criminal practice of the law. He began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. There, he prosecuted cases from subway turnstile jumping to homicide. After nine years as a prosecutor, he moved to the civil practice of law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants as a Middlesex County personal injury attorney. Mr. Heck has tried more than 150 cases to verdict in the civil arena. He has also written briefs and presented cases to the Appellate Division. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Rutgers Law School, Newark. Mr. Heck specializes in personal injury law, criminal law and municipal court practice.
