About Jason

Jason S. Riemer is a veteran attorney who has extensive litigation and trial experience in New York State and Federal Courts. He formerly was a supervising attorney at AIG staff counsel, counsel to Chubb Insurance Company and partner at a New York litigation firm. Mr. Riemer spent the first portion of his career defending a wide variety of cases including premises liability, professional and medical malpractice, construction accident, elevator accident, and subrogation claims. He has represented some of the largest real estate and construction businesses in New York. Mr. Riemer’s presently focuses primarily on the defense of asbestos, product liability, and toxic tort cases. He has achieved great success with dispositive motions and in obtaining dismissals and favorable settlements from plaintiffs’ firms as a result of his aggressive approach to litigation. Mr. Riemer is a certified PSIA ski instructor and coaches skiing on winter weekends in Bromley, Vermont.
