Kevin Gerard Maguire is a 1987 graduate of St.John’s University School of Law. Mr. Maguire received his B.S. from Boston College, graduating Cum Laude in Economics in 1979. He has been with the firm for over thirty-five years. Mr. Maguire is an experienced litigator who regularly handles cases involving complex legal issues. He represents owners, tenants, managing agents, construction managers, and general contractors in complex construction accident cases based on New York State Labor Law, Industrial Code Violations, and Common Law Negligence. Mr. Maguire also represents School Districts and Municipalities in the Hudson Valley in a variety of cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, assault, harassment, and playground safety. His efforts have resulted in numerous defense verdicts, early resolution, and successful mediation of many of these cases.
