About Jeff
Jeff Gibson is a partner at Wagner Reese, LLP, specializing in sexual abuse, defective drugs, and product liability cases, with over 20 years of experience. He earned his B.A. from Indiana University in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, five United States District Courts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gibson has served on key steering committees for major litigations, including Zofran, Prempro, Fresenius, and Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder cases. He represents victims of sexual violence, including Olympic athletes, clergy abuse survivors, and patients from residential treatment facilities. He is a recognized legal author and speaker at legal conferences. His accolades include multiple selections to Super Lawyers® and Super Lawyers® Rising Stars, and the National Trial Lawyer Association “40 Under 40” award. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
