About Laura
Laura W. Swafford is a partner at Wagner Reese, LLP, with 10 years of experience advocating for individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. She earned a degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Legal Studies from Indiana University and a J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to joining Wagner Reese, she was a litigator at a defense law firm, which honed her trial skills and provided insight into defense strategies. Laura is admitted to practice in Indiana, the Southern and Northern District federal courts, and the Seventh Circuit federal appellate court.
