About Timothy
Timothy F. Devereux is a partner at Wagner Reese, LLP, with over 34 years of experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury law. He specializes in product liability, construction site injuries, industrial accidents, commercial trucking collisions, and catastrophic personal injury matters. He is licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the 10th and 7th Circuit Courts of Appeals, having argued cases before the Indiana and Colorado Supreme Courts. Mr. Devereux is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors and College of Fellows, and has served on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, chairing it in 2018 and serving as Vice President in 2019. He was named a 'Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation' in 2015. He is also a guest lecturer at Indiana University - Bloomington and a nationally published author.
