About Jeff

Jeff Shelton grew up in Lancaster, Texas, and lives in Allen, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in History and from the Walter and Shelia Umphrey’s School of Law at Baylor University with a J.D. He began his practice defending individuals and corporations in personal injury cases but shifted to representing those injured by negligence. He has tried over 100 lawsuits to verdict in state and federal courts in Texas and Oklahoma. He represents clients in personal injury cases involving car wrecks, truck wrecks, commercial trucking wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, auto vs. pedestrian incidents, auto vs. bicycle wrecks, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, mass tort litigation, oilfield and offshore rig incidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases.
