About Ryan

Ryan L. Thompson is the managing partner of Thompson Law LLP and serves as the firm’s lead trial counsel. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School. He previously worked at international law firms Hunton & Williams and Fulbright & Jaworski, defending large corporations. In 2009, he joined Watts Guerra to represent individual and commercial plaintiffs, focusing on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, pharmaceutical injuries, and defective medical devices. Since founding Thompson Law LLP, he has dedicated his professional time to representing victims of various accidents across Texas and the United States. He is also a sought-after speaker on injury-related topics.
