Partner Jeff Dunn is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Jeff Dunn is a longtime resident of Lawrenceville, NJ. Jeff graduated from Gettysburg College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law (Delaware) in 2011. At Widener, Jeff served as Manuscript Editor of the school's law review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. During his third year of law school, Jeff worked as a judicial extern for Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Since joining Weir Attorneys, Mr. Dunn has established a successful litigation track record in obtaining favorable verdicts on behalf of his clients in both jury and non-jury matters. He has also cultivated a thriving contract practice. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff worked as in-house counsel at a consumer marketing and finance start-up. Jeff's practice areas include: Civil litigation, insurance defense, and business disputes. His commercial law practice areas include: business formation, negotiation, drafting and review of various contractual agreements.
