Jeff Mahaffey is a founding partner of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. His practice focuses on representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in a wide variety of real estate-and banking law - related matters, including commercial real estate transactions; lending transactions; land use (including zonings, special use permits and other development issues); construction and development related issues; tax deferred exchanges; acquisition contracts; and drafting covenants, reciprocal easements and other real estate-related agreements and instruments. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1989 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1984 from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is active in the Gwinnett community.
